Result Questions

Q: Who can submit a result question?
A: For road races - Runners/Walkers/Wheelers who actually competed (Use the "Contact" link on the results site to send this).
For High School Cross Country & Track Meets - Head Coaches ONLY - all others will not be looked at or responded to.
For College Cross Country & Track Meets - Head Coaches ONLY - all others will not be looked at or responded to.
For AAU/USATF/Open Track Meets - Parents/Coaches/Athletes can email and ALL we be responded to.

Q: Who/Where should I contact regarding a result question?
A: Road Races: Please use the "Contact" link on the results website.
Track Meets: For College & High School - You must go through you HEAD Coach first - if needed they will contact us. For AAU/USATF/Open - Please email: results@wayzataresults.com.

Q: I've emailed but I haven't gotten a response - what should I do?
A: Cross Country & Track - If you are a head coach and you haven't gotten response - Please go to the "About Us" page and email Josh or Danny - but only do this if you haven't gotten a response from: results@wayzataresults.com within 12 hours. If you are not a head coach - then you will NOT get a response.

Q: What is the average response time?
A: Response times can very depending on the day and time of the day. Emails are usually answered within 5 - 10 minutes (unless we are driving to an event or at an event, or sleeping) - even then emails are usually answered within 2 hours. If you ask most of our customers they will tell you that we usually answer emails within 2 minutes (sometimes we can respond within 30 seconds).
